Wildlife biologist

Sage Miles

As our consultant on the environment and niches of Kenyan flora and fauna, Sage Miles advises different strategies for keeping rhinos healthy in the wild to prevent failed populations. Miles studied Wildlife Conservation at Virginia Tech and is a co-creator and editor of Project Rhino's brochure. 


Wildlife biologist

Jordy Raboteau

Jordy Raboteau is Project Rhino's consultant on rhinoceros biology and behavior. Raboteau studied Wildlife Conservation at Virginia Tech; he now oversees the study of rhinos and the collection of field data to learn more about rhinoceros life history characteristics. On top of that, he is also a writer and editor for our blog.


Agricultural scientist

Myles Reaves

Myles Reaves is Project Rhino's consultant on the human dimensions' aspect and impact of wildlife conservation on agriculture in Kenya. Reaves advises sustainable agricultural practices and is a co-author and editor of our newsletter, The Weekly Rhino. He studied Agriculture Science at Virginia Tech.

Andrew Teagle

As a financial advisor, Andrew Teagle consults on the impact of agriculture on conservation and studies the interacting spheres of Kenyan conservation and the agricultural economy. Teagle studied Agribusiness at Virginia Tech and is one of the co-authors and editor of our newsletter.


Wildlife biologist

Jay Wheaton

Jay Wheaton leads field expeditions to study rhinoceros' behavior in the wild. Wheaton investigates Kenyan wildlife interactions in pursuit of knowledge on improving conservation techniques. She studied Wildlife Conservation at Virginia Tech and is now a blog writer and editor for Rhino Writes

Hannah Wilson 

Hannah Wilson is an African wildlife species interactions and ecology expert. Wilson consults decisions on where and when rhinos can be re-integrated into the wild. She studied Wildlife Conservation at Virginia Tech. Now, Wilson is a co-creator and editor of our brochure.
